Refund Policy

Refunds: Once a treatment has been provided, refunds cannot be issued.

Prepaid Sessions: If you prepay for sessions and choose not to continue, unused sessions may be refunded (minus any completed treatments).

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged up to the full appointment fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the therapist’s discretion.

Insurance Claims: Refunds are not issued for services already billed to insurance.
